 In 2022 Matt & Emma celebrate seven years as Husband & Wife. I am looking back and some of my favourite images from their wedding day. 

The Bride and I grew up in the same small town in West Sussex, even though I still refuse to grow up.
Emma now lived in Dubai, which is where she met the Matthew Newman.
She asked me to be her photographer  day over lunch and of course I said yes!

The wedding was held at The Ritz Carlton Dubai which was just beautiful.

The couple had opted for a late afternoon start to their outdoor ceremony and this meant we missed the heat of the day.

This also meant we had far more time to get ready as a result, the bridal prep was very relaxed.

Some guests had made the trip out to Dubai for the wedding, so there was a nice mix of these travellers and those who already lived in the UAE.

I am happy to travel anywhere to shoot a wedding, but there is something special about destination events. There is a different atmosphere to it and you know that the people who are there are really invested in the wedding.

It remains one of my favourite weddings of all time. I will always be grateful that Emma & Matt chose to fly me to be with them and photograph their wedding day.
